I recently did a personal photo shoot with my good friend Danielle. There wasn't a brief, we were just going to wing it. We met up just after lunch, mid afternoon where Danielle guided us to a nearby rock she'd recently had photos done. The sun was peeking through the trees, acting as the hair light, so I used the new Godox AD200 Flash to add a key light, and took a few shots with the new favourite lens the Canon RF 28-70mm F/2.

Next stop was a nearby wheatfield, for the real wheatbelt experience. I left the lights behind and got some actions shots.

As the sun faded, we moved to a better spot and see if we could get some sunset photos. Definitely needed the lights here and it paid off. Unfortunately the day brought quite a lot of wind, so reflectors and bigger modifiers were off the menu. But lots was learnt today, and Danielle was a fantastic poser :p
