Last year I had a mosey around John Oldham Park. My biggest mistake was going during the summer. It was dry and muddy and a little depressing, so i went back, in the middle of winter (the wet season and took some more photos).
The photos I took centred around the man-made waterfall (pretty sure there are pumps at work). I was there for an hour or so, where I was slightly distracted by a duck and her school of chicks and another photo shoot featuring a pregnant woman, her partner and some sort of sparkly sequin mermaid-esque outfit. I didn’t stick around for long.
